Our A&R and publishing ops team works daily with supervisors, labels, and agencies.

colorworld a&r hub

Where crafted sound meets real opportunities. We’re not a DIY upload site—we’re a hands-on A&R and publishing team placing music in film, TV, ads, and games.

why we built the hub ?

Some catalogs sleep on hard drives. Not because the music lacks heart—but because the industry needs clean rights, sharp metadata, and edit-ready versions that tell a story fast. ColorWorld A&R Hub exists to bridge that gap. We listen like artists, think like publishers, and move like producers inside the industry’s timelines.

built for today's briefs

Buyers ask for emotion first, clarity second, and speed always. We shape your strongest cues into cutdowns that land in 15, 30, and 60 seconds—hook-forward, clean endings, and broadcaster-safe. It’s the difference between “nice track” and “approved for Tuesday.”

how we work (human, not automated)

Every submission is heard by a committee. We score sync potential, brand safety, and production quality. If you’re selected, we don’t “host and hope.” We prepare your catalog for the way supervisors actually search: use-cases, moods, energy arcs, and edit points. Then we pitch with intent—where your music belongs.

  • Selection-only A&R review (no pay-to-list)
  • Preparation that matters (metadata, edits, artist page, use-case tags)
  • Pitching with purpose (brief-led, buyer-facing decks, curated playlists)

access that moves careers

We open our network—carefully. Plus and Pro artists receive guaranteed monthly opportunities: real asks from A&Rs, labels, and supervisors, production slates, and focused “music wanted” themes. When NDAs allow, Pro artists see things first, with context to submit smart.

Guaranteed monthly opportunities (Plus/Pro). One real chance is worth a hundred vague promises.

We are not a diy platform

No dashboards. No faceless queues. We’re a publisher-level team that registers works, resolves conflicts, runs statements, and—when you opt in—administers publishing so you’re paid correctly worldwide. We’re in the inboxes, the edit bays, and the production meetings. Daily.

a&r partnerships

For Pro artists with unreleased material, we offer curated access to a co-owned A&R playlist with major partners in the U.S.—a high-trust path into real discovery.

  • Get Paid: Earn streaming revenue + YouTube Content ID.
  • Get Placed: Your music goes into a global library for sync (movies/TV) and for sampling by Warner label artists.
  • Get Exposure: A&Rs and partners are scouting for talent.
  • Rules: Unreleased tracks or alternate/unreleased versions only; curated placement; partner approval required.
