reservation of rights

The following is the express reservation of rights by ColorWorld Music and all owned or controlled subsidiaries and affiliates (“ColorWorld Music”).

Without prejudice to any other rights ColorWorld Music may have now or in the future, and without limiting our rights under law or otherwise, we reaffirm and confirm:

Any access, use, copying, reproduction, extraction, distribution, or exploitation of content owned and/or controlled by ColorWorld Music—now or in the future—including (but not limited to) audio or audiovisual recordings, audiovisual works, artwork, metadata, photographs, and musical compositions (including lyrics and any associated literary works) (“ColorWorld Content”) is strictly prohibited for any purpose (including, without limitation, for the training, development, or commercialization of any AI tool, technology, or system) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, unless expressly authorized by a written license from ColorWorld Music.

Except to the extent that rights are expressly and specifically licensed or authorized by ColorWorld Music, we expressly reserve all rights in respect of the use of ColorWorld Content, including—without limitation—regarding text and data mining, to the fullest extent permitted by law in any country, including under Article 4 of the European Union Directive 2019/790/EC.

Any unauthorized use of ColorWorld Content prejudices the legitimate interests of ColorWorld Music and our artists, songwriters, and partners, and conflicts with the normal and intended use of our content.

ColorWorld Content may be identified through publicly available means.
